Ceramic insulator manufacturing process:
First stage insulator manufacturing process:
Raw material—insulator inspection—crush and mixture—grinding and screening—de-ironing—filtering—kneading and aging
Middle insulator manufacturing process: vacuum pugging—electro-drying—shaping—inspection—glazing and sanding—insulator inspection—firing
Last stage manufacturing process: assembling with fittings if needed—curing—inspection—routine test and sample test according to IEC60383 or ANSI29.1— packing for delivery
Composite insulators manufacturing process:
There are three main materials for polymer insulator, and they need to be treat first and then moulding:
Silicone rubber: raw material—silicone rubber mixing—silicone rubber testing—production used silicone rubber
Fiber glass rod: inspection—cutting and abrasion—cleaning and drying
End fitting: inspection—cleaning
Middle composite high voltage insulator manufacturing process : assembly of fiber glass rod and end fitting and pre-crimping
And then moulding or whole injection the silicone rubber on the crimped fiber glass and end fitting assembly
Last stage insulator manufacturing process: second time crimping—surface trimming—routine test—sample test according to IEC61109—packing for delivery.
