Except provide high voltage insulator products and relative products for transmission and distribution lines, we also provide relative services in order to give customers more convenient on business. Insulator service of Orient Power is as follows.
Insulator quality guarantee:
Orient Power provides one year quality guarantee, but will be responsible for the quality for the whole usage years.
Insulator technique support:
If you are not well understood of insulator or fitting technique, we can support on this, help to choose insulator type number, product design, and recommend suitable products.
Quality approval inspection:
If some products are not bought from us, but from other Chinese factories, we provide quality approval inspection service, we can go there to inspection insulators or other products relative and feedback to you genuine results. We will do this for regular customers for free.
Factory recommend and factory approval:
If you want to develop new products or find new factories in China which we don’t do, we can help to visit the factories you find and feedback you real status, and give suggestion on choice.
