Purpose of D iron bracket:
D iron bracket is used with porcelain spool insulator, reel insulator or shackle insulator, and normally insulator is purchased with D iron bracket. D iron bracket normally is assembled on the electrical poles to change the direction of the wire.

Assembly method structure of spool, reel, and shackle D iron bracket:
They are supplied completing with cotter and bolt. Porcelain spool insulator or porcelain shackle insulator is fixed at cotter and the bolt in the hole of LV line pole.
Cotter has a hexagonal/square/round head on the top and a 5mm hole at the bottom suitable for inserting the split pin.
Split Pin is made of stainless steel or phosphor bronze, and suitable for using with cotter pin.
Material of bolt, nuts, washer, cotter: Hot dip galvanized steel.
Hot dip galvanized to BS 729
Tensile strength: 8~30kN
